1. This site uses no cookies

No cookies are set. There is no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, and no advertising or measurement script of any kind. Fonts, video and the map image are all served from this site, so opening a page makes no request to a third party.

That is why there is no cookie consent banner. If measurement or advertising tools are added later, consent will be asked for before they load.

2. What is stored on your own device

Two things, both on your browser only. Neither is sent anywhere, and clearing your browser’s site data removes both.

• Your trip planner draft, so you can close the page and carry on later. The form has a button to clear it.
• The scroll position when you switch language, so you land back where you were.

3. What we receive from you

This site has no server-side form handling. The planner turns your answers into a message that you send yourself, by LINE or by email. We receive it only when you press send.

That message contains your name, the email or phone number you gave, your dates, group size, the programmes you are interested in, food preferences, and any health information you choose to tell us.

4. Health information

Health information is sensitive personal data under section 26 of the Personal Data Protection Act. We collect and use it only with your explicit consent — the box you tick yourself before sending the form.

It is used only to make the programme safe and suitable for you, and is seen by the practitioners caring for you. It is not used for marketing and is not passed to third parties.

5. Purpose and lawful basis

• To reply with a quotation and arrange your programme — on the basis of a contract, or of steps taken at your request before one.
• To fit the activities to your health — on the basis of your explicit consent for sensitive data.
• To keep a record of the enquiry and the service given — on the basis of legitimate interest and of the obligations that apply to a licensed clinic.

6. How long we keep it, and who sees it

Enquiry data is kept for TODO — ระยะเวลาเก็บข้อมูลผู้ติดต่อ เช่น 12 เดือน from your last contact with us, then deleted — except where the law requires longer, such as accounting records or clinical notes.

Only our team and our practitioners have access. We do not sell or trade your information. If you book through a tour operator, only what is needed to run that trip is shared with them.

7. Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Act you have the following rights. Write to us at the address below at any time; we will act within 30 days.

• Access your data and ask for a copy
• Have inaccurate data corrected
• Ask for your data to be deleted
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Object to or restrict how it is used
• Ask for it to be sent to another controller
• Complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee

8. Photographs on this site

The activity photographs on this site are published with the consent of the people in them. If you are in one and want it taken down, write to us below — it will be removed, and you do not have to give a reason.
